Pain in both legs

Hi I'm
Posting on something I've never experienced before but I'm having horrendous aching down the back of both legs, its slowly got worse and started up on Sunday. I'm off on holiday next week and just want it to feel better by then, can anyone reassure me? Has anyone else ever had anything like this out of nowhere?

Could it be from your lower back??? Have you been lifting or overdoing things. Lumbar spine problems can cause pain down back of legs.

Yeah I often ache. Hvebu had a virus. I ache after I've even ill, sometimes for weeks

Not done heavy lifting I do have back probs but this is much different it seems deep inside guess I will have to wait and see how it goes
