Uncomfortable

Feeling really uncompfortable tonight just don't know what to do trying to relax but just can't :weep:

Hey Charlotte,

Sorry to hear you are going through so much right now. I have had some tough thoughts and feelings of despair over the last couple of days (recently started fluox). Someone on here recommended the calm clinc app for iPhone- do you have an iPhone? It's free to download and I find that if I put my headphones in and lie down it does help. It makes you relax for around 5 minutes or so and it is something you can use daily. I know it's easier said than done as I am going through difficult times myself right now but it helps me focus on my breathing and even if its just 5 minutes it has worked for me.
