Hi, new to this and forums

Hi, my names neil, 29, recently been diagnosed with GAD.

The trouble I have is im always panicking that I have cancer, be it bowel, esophegus, lung or whatever and ive seen 3 drs about it, all of which say I don't have cancer and that I have an anxiety disorder, which I know anyway.

Problem is I can hear what there saying, I just cant believe it...

Its making life hard because I do have a partner and 4 beautiful children but seems like im distancing myself away because I think im going to die...

Has anyone else been through this and is there a way out of this hell?
