Tiredness and appetite

I'm fed up. 6 weeks at 50mg and I've lost my appetite again! I feel sleepy all the time even though I sleep through at night. It's making me feel really down.

Before with my anxiety I had anxiety free days....now I just seem to be stuck and feel lousy.

Anyone relate to this? Any encouragement welcome!

I am currently on 100mg in the morning and they don't make me sleepy; have always taken SSRIs in the morning. I sort of lost my appetite before switching to Sertraline mainly as a result of my acid reflux.

Yeah I had the whole sleepy thing when went upto 100mg. Being tired made me more depressed. Had to have a lie down every afternoon. That has largely gone now. It was a good 6 weeks until it subsided. Now just over 7 weeks and have more energy and motivation that have done in a long time.
