Hi All,

I have been battling this anxiety demon for a while now. It seems I am getting more and more often this feeling that something bad is going to happen, a sense of dread or impending doom.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to overcome this?

I get this. Really bad today as I have said on my thread earlier today.

I haven't worked out a way to deal with it yet. Hope you get some good replies on here. I will watch with interest :)

High dose magnesium supplementation with magnesium oil!

i had the same thing around 2009 and again in 2012 when i finally figured it out. Honestly can't recommend this enough. It's best to buy the flakes and make it yourself as it's much cheaper that way, you could do with a spray bottle though.

When i was really deficient i'd take around 2,500-3,000mg per day spread out in 4 different doses. Things usually improved very quickly in the first 10 days. After 2-3 weeks at this dose the symptoms were completely gone, would move down to a maintenance dose then after a couple of months of around 800mg per day.
