constant ball like pain in back of my head?!

i have bad health anxiety and brain tumour anxiety and was wondering if anyone else ever gets like a round/ball feeling of pain in the back of their head??

hi never had a ball feeling what makes it a round feeling? but have had a brain tumour though can tell you the symptoms if it helps the worst headache you have ever had that never goes and meds can not touch, vomitting from the pain, stumbling around dont worry yourself unecessarily could your pain be neck related do you think as it is at the back? maybe you could describe the pain a bit more for us all to help you blessings
