abdomen pain

Can any one recommend what to do for pain in left lower abdomen pain it goes down leg and into my back passage. Unable to poo normally. Lots of wind and tummy rumbles, but only passing small amounts each time. I take Fybogel and lactulose already. Appetite is ok and I eat lots of fibre. Starting to panic please can anyone help

Could be cramps linked to irritable bowel. Anxiety can make IBS worse. Try some peppermint tea and see if it helps. X x

I agree with Mipsy, you might also want to try chamomile tea and a warm compress on your lower left abdomen. :)
