tension/anxiety headache lasted hours???

is it normal that my tension/anxiety headache has lasted non stop and for hours...?
has anyone else got this...? or had this problem..? im so stressed and worried and im alone in the house

I have had headache not quite constantly for about 11 weeks, it is sometimes mild but last night and today its a bumper, I think the comp doesnt help as I am on it quite a lot, have you taken something for it, like paras?
