dizzyness? vertigo? scared help

Today i woke up with a head ache, and all day today i felt pretty crappy with a upset stomach, fatigue, the usual problems that come having a head ache.

Anyways whats been scaring me greatly is that when i look at a non moving object it seems like its slighty moving just the littlest bit. Not sure if im just trying to have a staring contest with inanimate objects and im perceiving it as moving when it really isnt I dont know

I'm just wondering if anyone else gets this where objects seem to be moving a little bit. Can it be a cause of my head ache today? I hope im not dying with a brain tumor or something..

I would think you are staring at things for just slightly too long and if you do this then it will appear to be move slightly. I just tried itmyself and sure enough after a matter of seconds things seemed to be slightly moving.

True dizziness/vertigo will have you clinging onto things or even down on the floor holding on to it!
