tension headache/ tingling..?

does anyone else with anxiety get the tingling sensation in their head off the tension headaches...:(?
help would be appreciated

I get a horrible tingling in my head and face, it usually starts at the back of my head and moves sort of up and over, sometimes I have to stop what im doing as it feels really strange. The tingling in my face is usually my nose and around it.

my tingling is at the top right side of my head where the pain is its crazy.
it really wories me when it happens

yep, me too.
Pressure on my nose is awful aswell.
sometimes i get the crawling like feeling.
Its annoying as they're not severe headaches just really annoying.

its so annoying
it ruins my normal day to day activitys :/
all i want to do is go to bed and lie down.
its worse when the dizziness kicks in

See i haven't had any dizziness/lightheadedness?
Tuesday i felt a little bit of nausea, very mild, on and off all day but i had just had my first t.o.t.m. since i had laproscopy surgery which may have contributed, it cant of been that bad as i still ate as normal!
I thought it might be something to do with my glasses?
Also, do you guys whenever you have googled, suddenly start feeling nausea and sore head? like an instinct?

I get this alot too it makes me itch my head all the time and is always accompanied by head pains and aches.
