Still having the headache

Its been like 4 days when I've been getting this tension-like headache on and off day and night, at night it doesn't prevent me from sleeping, and i have it sometimes in the mornings but not bad that it wakes me up more dull annoying rather than painful, it comes and goes. Also have pressure on my face like i feel i'm constantly coming down with a cold, and a sore back of my neck but its not stiff just sore.
Its driving me up the wall, along with the clicking as i walk in my left ear and the occasional ringing, im really freaking out.

Does anybody else get it?

do you ever get a tingling sensation where the pain is ?

yeah occasionally but not everytime?
do you get the clicking/ringing too?
also ive noticed when im eating/chewing somthing, i cant hear anything theyre saying

like when i chew it clicks
and when i swallow..?
then sometimes it just disapears!

Yup, ive had the chewing thing for years when i hear nothing, ive had problems with my left ear, like an infection last september which i don't think has cleared up, but the clicking in my head, the ringing, it really frightens me, thinking im suffering with a BT!
what symptoms have you been getting?
