constant heightend sence of awarenes

My doctor says im not suffering with derealization,Im suffering with heightend sence of awarenes.. feeling on alert and fully aware of everything and my movements..does this make sence to anyone..Im on Olanzipine to help reduce this but feel its worsen since going on olanzipine 5mg

Try dropping back to 2.5mg and see if it's any better.
