hi all,

thought I should introduce myself here before posting anything on the rest of the forum... im dave aged 38 and have suffered with agoraphobia and gad and panic attacks for last 12 years... im near enough housebound as in I will work in the garden but that's as far as I go... at the moment im in a pretty low place (seems to happen every few years)... looking forward to chatting to other peeps here.... xxx
