Hi,
This is my first time here so I am a little apprehensive. My name is Mr. White. I am 36 and have suffered from anxiety, depression and lack of confidence and self esteem for as long as i can remember. This has had a devastating effect on my life as I'm sure you can imagine. Everyday is a struggle which is compounded by the fact that I am desperately lonely and I have nobody to talk to.
This is why I have come here. It would be great to talk to fellow sufferers who understand the situation I am in. I am desperate for support, comfort, hope, and friendship and hope to find it here as well as give something back.
