Feeling guilty and hating yourself

i know everyone makes mistakes, but i can't get mine out of my head. They are on my mind 24/7 and i feel as if everyone is judging me and hating me. It brings me down so much, i would much rather stay in my room all day and never face anyone again.
I feel so stupid and disgusted with myself, and im on the brink of giving up :(
I don't even know how to sum my feelings up, but does anyone know how to deal with this?
