scared of looking up

it sounds odd .. but i have a problem with looking up sometimes.
like at tall buildings or if i am inside somewhere with high ceilings.. it just freaks me out.. i feel a bit faint and weird :(
anyone else get this.... ??

Yes I def know how you feel especially the high ceilings I hate when peoples homes have high ceilings when I look up I feel like dread like I have a panic attack but I never have. I dont really know any advice on how to cope with it :-/

i signed up to a new gym.. but one of the main rooms has real high ceiling.. mix that with being on a moving treadmill .. ooooo its so horrible!! :( what causes this kinda not wanting to look up kinda thing ??? x

I believe so yes. I have a fear of heights and I know that sometimes even looking up at something such as a tall building or a cliff, I can feel a bit funny.

I can only really speak for myself though. I don't feel funny in rooms with high ceilings.

Yep I also have this, simplist thing like looking up at the town hall clock my legs turn to jelly!
