hi i feel abit stupid and silly asking this but does any one here scared of silly little things like sometimes im scared to have a bath or show in case i go dizzy or pass out and the other is i get anxiouse just sitting on any kind of chair i dont know why the only thing i can think of is that ever since ive had my anxiety im always sitting on my knees and leaning forward constantly and when i try to sit up strait and my legs down i start to feel very anxiuse . could it be because im so used to sitting like this and i hatebieng like this as i think every one thinks i looki m a freeak
