MILD headaches

Hi I've been getting MILD headaches that are chronic since July of 2011. My drs have told me its tension & sinus related. When I read even with glasses, I get sinus headache top of head. My dr has told me that top of head as well as forehead & temples & even back of head contrary to what. Many people think are common sinus spots. He told me that even tho wearing glasses, the reading is aggravating sinuses. I'd like to know what anyone knows of sinus/tension headache issues. I RARELY need painkiller but this is annoying. Thank You!

so has your dr offered anything for the sinus issue? i would see another dr if i was you, you can not expect to just go on with headaches blessings

This is what I'm going though right now. Going to get back down the docs.
What symptoms did you have? Did you have burning in your neck etc? Mines tension and sinus I think, still don't stop me thinking the worst x

shivmarie sometimes there is a bit of a raw feeling which il like a burning sensation but on top of head i think and ive heard that can be sinus. thank you
