Hello
I have always been pretty anxious but three months ago, I experienced my first major panic attack. I had previously had bouts of sleep paralysis but nothing like this. I ended up in A&E, had lots of tests and was sent home. The Doctors were really supportive and it was good to see my bloods and ECG and chest x ray were fine. I continue to have panic, not often but enough to make me terrified of dying. This is all new to me and Im not entirely sure what has brought this on. My biggest fear is that I will never recover but Im really determined to cope and conquer! I will need help though, and appreciate the support on offer. I hope to return this in kind xx
