Hello, Yesterday i think i pulled a muscle in my neck, i phoned NHS direct because i was worrying with the pain in my neck and aching in my arm, and he said it did sound like a pulled muscle as it hurts to turn my head, last night i went out with a friend and had some sharp chest pain, i have had them before so i was thinking anxiety worrying about this neck/arm thing. ive had no chest pain today, but my shoulder and arm aches. has anyone ever pulled a muscle in there neck before and had this pain and aching feeling? im so worried. thank you. x
