Ruined day..?.

Had a great day out didn't realise until now I'm burnt so badly :( just on face I look bloody awful lol. I didn't even realise it was so breezy time to buy some sun screen I read a burn increases skin cancer by fifty per cent this isn't the first time happens at least once a year :( have slapped on the e45 but its ruined my day :(

I would not let it ruin your day!!
I don't think 1 bad burn would increase cancer risk, more so probably people who live in the sun day in and day out. Or people who use tanning beds a couple days a week (of course they don't use sunscreen)
I guess if it's a sunny day, put on sunscreen before going out, and if you can minimize your time in the sun....
I've had bad burns over the years, and I'm still here :) I'm just more cautious now.

Thanks it was deceiving as it was very very breezy I didn't feel like I was burning normally I know but I didn't look in a mirror till I got home :( x
