Just joined

I've suffered from panic attacks for years now but recently they have come back worse than ever. I had one today, totally out of the blue, my hands and wrists seized up so much I couldn't move them to get my medication and my legs also sized and I fell to the floor! I had to shout on my teenage daughter to help me which I have managed to keep from her over the years. I felt so ashamed she had to witness me in that state. I am hoping to share my experiences with others and through this gain support and help others if I can.
