Alot of it isn't overly clear. For instance, I've had zero hours physical activity in the last few weeks, not because of a physical issue but because of a mental health issue. I feel my answers might not distinguish that difference.

Thank you for completing it - I really appreciate it! I completely agree with your comments - the questionnaire I picked is already published and as such I couldn't change the wording or add questions, which is really annoying. But thank you for still filling it in :)
