sinus problems

Hi all
sinus's feel like they are burning today, neck and and shoulders are tight and my left eye keeps twitching a lil.
Anyone know what it could be?

I have terrible sinus problems. I have what I call Snap Crackle and Pop moments when my sinus' seem to be having a wild party in my face. I even get a numb face from time to time. That burning, that sounds like your sinus' are dry, do you have netipot or a sinus rinse? That twitching.... I get that a lot, mostly when im stressed about something but it can also occur randomly for no apparent reason. It will go away - I know its annoying but try not to worry. Neck and shoulders tight... well no wonder, your anxious sweetie. When we're stressed and anxious we tend to tense up. If you have a partner, ask them if they can give you a mini neck and shoulder massage to releive the tension. Don't be surprised if that tension is also felt on your scalp. Its all connected. Hope that helps.
