Getting worried now?

All day I've had a dry mouth and now a banging headache. I think I'm dehydrated I've had one litre of water today though :/.
I've not gone for a wee since 1 ish despite 600ml of water between then and now getting worried now can't get rid of dry mouth :(

I have a dry mouth when I panic its one of the symptoms for me. Nothing quenches it it just subsides when my panic does. If you were dehydrated then your body will of used that water to rehydrate which is why your probably not weeing loads or you might find you'll be weeing lots this afternoon
