thoughts of impending doom/anxiety attack

I'm new to the site. I was diagnosed with panic disorder last year after having a horrible 3 hr long panic attack. I have a psychiatrist and psychologist but have spent about the last year free of symptoms until about a month ago when it all came back unexpectedly. So here I am searching for answers and solutions.

What helped last time? Could you not revisit the physchiatrist? Has soemthing big happened in your life to trigger this of late?
