Ugh. So i weight lifted a bit over the weekend, worked out my chest. Was sore. But then all of a sudden a couple days later I got a bad pain under my armpit. I am hoping it's muscular and I strained something. But now i just noticed there is a painful swollen bump which I can only assume is a lymph node! Ofcourse this is freaking me out now. Never had one like this.
My armpit does feel better when stretching it. When I woke up it was sooo sore but after stretching it out a bit it felt much better. Still painful though. Obviously due to HA thinking lymphoma. Both the muscle and bump seem painful. The bump is maybe 1 cm. or so wide.

Ok i feel stupid now. Once I stopped panicking and took some advil and actually felt the bump more closely.... I'm pretty sure it's just a big boil. Still something to keep an eye on but no big deal. Unbelievable this health anxiety haha.
