Hi!

I am new to the No More Panic community. Nice to meet you all. :bighug1:

I am 19. I have emetophobia, agoraphobia, anxiety and panic attacks. Health wise: GERD & IBS. My panic attacks started about 7 years ago. I'm starting new anxiety group classes this June. I'm excited to learn new skills to deal with(or, hopefully, diminish) my anxiety.

Anyway, I'll keep this short and sweet. I'm sure I'll be posting all kinds of questions, answering or engaging in general conversation. I look forward to finding a friend in you.
