bad tummy ache :(

I've had this bad tummy ache all day its like a sharp pain in my tummy and in my pelvic area. It wont go away and I know it is coming from my bowels :(

I have so much study to do in such a short time, does anyone know how I can make it go away. I haven't eaten anything since porridge for breakfast. Its now 2pm.

hi ive been having this bellyache and sharp pain in my pelvis im also suffering with diarrhea lately which upsets me i do have ibs though and my stomache is churning over all the time ive had a bit of stress lately so it might be that but im fed up of it now its been going on for weeks now a few days normal bm then a few days watery diarrhea tmi sorry and belly ache all the time x

Hi I also get pains in pelvis groin and stomach it changes sides at the moment it's in my left hip like right in my hip I don't no weather its bowel related or I have pulled something round hip area its scares me I do have ibs but my stomach feels ok its like a sharp grabbing pain, yours sounds like ibs xx
