ugh! the head tighty pulling feeling is back

I had this last week which is what i think flared up my recent bout of anxiety.
The neck pain subsided for a few days but this morning i noticed the jabbing pain and pulling on my head again.
Had my neuro exam Monday yet im still stressing over it.
HATE ANXIETY!!!!!!!!

Shivmarie, is the pain on one side of the head kind of just over the ear area?

yeah on my left side, its gone off for abit now but its a little annoying,
again im trying to reason that my nauro exam was fine so its ok. what do you think

its not on my temple more at the top of the head to the left x

If you've had neck pain recently perhaps it's still some muscle tension in your head and neck at the moment? I've been getting a lot of strain, tingling and pain in the muscles in my head, face & neck lately and I think it's all down to bad posture habits and possibly TMJ.

Yeah i have been struggling with neck pain lately, its not stiff i move it all ways fine its just painful like burning sensation.
What is TMJ?
