heres a question i like to ask:

Are panic attacks a mental illness?

No, its not mental illness. They are an extreme form of anxiety which is a nervous disorder.

It isnt a mental illness hon, like meg says it is a form of extreme anxiety. They can be cured but there is no time limit on it and ever person is a different case. We both know it isnt easy but we all keep fighting it.

Even your darkest hour only last 60 minutes!!
