It's been a while since I have posted .. But that's because I had finally got my anxiety attacks under control (or so I thought)
My dad is now poorly and whilst he has not been great since my mum passed away he is going downhill. Just got back from the hospital at 2.45am where for the last 5 hours have felt the chest tightness, stomach pains, upset tummy and shakes! All which is horrid especially when I'm with my daughter!
My main worry has always been leaving my children as I'm a single parent.
They are 20 and 18 and have no one apart from me...
Hence the health anxiety kicking back in, now ive manAged this in the past... Why can't I now?!
