[:I] Well- just thought Id update on my CBT and new job.
Firstly - I am loving the new job and I thinkit has given me confidence in myself again - when we are caught up in PAs we downourselves as failures but I now feel I can hold my head high and BELIEVE IN MYSELF - it is still difficult at times but I am much happier in my new job.
As far as the CBT goes - I am working through the book MIND OVER MOOD which makes you analise your thoughts and stop the actions of avoidance which is very interesting. I still get hyperventilation and anxiety in mys tomach and my breathing goes funny but I am really trying hard.
