anxiety and depresion is back

I had a good run and realy thought i was on the mend..but last couple of weeks iv been back where i left off..why ? I had faith in my medication and thought it was all working for me..if it was then why can it just stop

Sometimes it just happens like this and I like to think of it as just 'a little blip'. Try to remind yourself of the positive days and hopefully you will start to feel better again soon. :hugs:

Hey Greg it's up and down I've been suffering a recurrence for the past month, and ill have a great day followed by 2 awful days.
