unexplained pains popping up... what is this?

I don't understand what's going on. I've suddenly developed pain at my right back side kidney area. I started with pain on abdomen and now this? I try to think rational that I had an ultrasound and report.says kidneys look normal. But the pain is real and it's there with no injury. Could this be my anxiety? Or something else deeper inside, a tumor growing, cancer spreading?
Im in such a bad place and alone. My husband sees im down and knows what im going through so he avoids me. So all I do is sit alone and wonder and dissect every pain.
Im sorry I've posted a lot recently. Im just really scared.
I just want to get a grip on this but it's hard when new pains creep up out of nowhere.

Hello, this happens to me a lot and, like you, I immediately think it is something serious. If you have had a scan recently then they would have spotted any problems wrong with your kidney. However, if you are really worried then go and have a word with your GP who I am sure will reassure you that all is okay.
