headache and tingling unable to sleep

hi guys i suffer really bad brain tumour anxiety but recently ive noticed the pain so bad on a night and tingling that i cant even sleep, has anyone else dealt with this. it worries and scares me so much on a night

I am sitting here now with a tingling scalp, right on the top of my head. It feels a bit strange but I think I have had it in the past pre-health anxiety and not thought anything of it. I just assumed I have pinched a nerve somewhere as I have been laying on the same side reading all evening. I have moved onto my other side and it seems to be easing off.

As far as I am aware, this isn't a symptom of a brain tumour. I do know it is a relatively common symptom of anxiety, though. Xx
