really need advice in feeling dizzy and anxious im on holiday and its because i don't have a doctors here feeling. Really panicy :(

Lilysmummy, a holiday can often bring on anxiety symptoms with a vengeance. Just remind yourself that it's part of the condition. If you have been suffering with anxiety, you're only putting more pressure on yourself trying to "make" yourself better. Just let the feelings come and remind yourself that they are perfectly normal "under the circumstances". Do what you were going to do anyway and let the feelings come with you if they have to. Accept them and they will start to seem less important.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself to "enjoy" the holiday, try and use it as some recovery time. Hugs and best wishes to you xx
