Twinges what are they???

I was having a ok day to day my new meds seem to be working or in my head, but I've started getting twinges and what feels like bubbles and knots inside then they go almost as if a vein or similar was struggling mixed with pin prick pains here and there there so intimitant it's hard to explain but very unnerving


It's driving me mad any ideas what it is? Any similar experiences?

I get what I can only describe as bubbles here and there. I sometimes wonder if it is trapped wind?
I also get twinges here and there too, its got me in bits lately. Luckily I have a doctors appointment tomorrow so he can reassure me again, even id it does only last a week ;-)
