today (even though i slept well) from say 11.30 to 6.30 straight through i am yawning alot, and when i say alot i mean sort of like every couple of minutes if not shorter, some are not full yawns, some are. i started getting worked up about it on the bus and it lead me start focusing on my breathing then i panicked thinking i was gasping for breath (writing this now im doing the same, yet im not doing it when im just cracking on with my work)it just feels a little heavy aswell :(
just want to add i was looked at by a doctor last night who listened to my chest and said my lungs were clear my throat was abit inflammed.
Also had a listen to my heart which sounded fine and i had an ecg done in april and that also came back fine.
