I have had flutters and spasms- twitches etc before but whilst on phone a minute ago i got two gquick flutters by my heart area. Anyone else had this. I feel so scared. I didnt lose breath or anything??

palpatations, sound like the cause, all part of anxiety, cut out caffeine see if that helps if find i get palpatations from caffeine take care blessings
