great for weeks then BANG

had a few great weeks then BANG yesterday PA came back. Today great at work then as i watching tv earlier sharp shooting pain across chest near breastbone lasted seconds and now a dull ache in front chin - petrified doesnt begin how i feel now

only tablets i take are kalms (herbal) and vitamin B and omeprazole (for indigestion)

Everyone gets random aches and pains all the time, it's a variation of normal.

You need to face the symptoms head on rather than shy away from them, if that makes sense?
