hands feel tingley

just after a bit of reasuurance that im not completly falling 2 bits, yesterday my arm was aching and after that fingers felt tingley, not quite pins and needles but just odd, and today its in my other hand, its like a tiny bug shooting all over my hand and fingers, its wierd

any1 had this

Yes hunni, too many times.
I had this for about 2 months in the summer, untill the doc told me it was anxiety and suddenley the next day or so it was gone.
Dont worry its another anxiety symptom that feeds from worry.
