I had a period after 4 years of menopause. Happened to several friends & they put it down to one of those things. I freaked & went to doc. Had a scan but doc said womb thickness was 4mm which was good, had some cysts & change in muscle but all within limits. Have follow up appt with hosp soon & doc said they may wish to monitor me in the next 12 months. Have been really stressed as read that other cancerous tumours can cause bleeding. Have always had tummy problems especially when nervous & have to watch what I eat but now convinced I have bowel/colon cancer! Just when I start to feel relaxed I notice other symptoms. Last week it was lower back pain which burned but went away when I used cream. Now I have had the runs [not unusual for me] and I am convinced I have cancer. Feeling very low x
