Panic

Hello

Can someone help or advise me? Since it started getting warmer I've had difficulty breathing, I'm yawning to take deep breaths and occasionally chest pain on the right hand side of chest. I get stressed and get panic attacks so this could be the case but I think it's anxiety related.

Any help would be appreciated?

sounds like anxiety or panic attack i find the warm can trigger a panic attack for me water is always a bit of a help blessings

It's work causes it. I'm finished now feel fine
