Weird lightheaded off balance feeling

I've had this occasionally today where I'm stood still but feel like I'm off balance, my chest tightness has almost gone now but even sat at my desk at work I'm feeling like I'm off balance of lightheaded and have had these constant goosebumps for weeks now

Many things could cause that, dehydration ,low blood pressure, anxiety, or meds if your on them

Could be an inner ear problem that is upsetting the Equilibrium

I have a cloudy right ear? And have ringing in my left lol! I'm drinking so much water, my bp was fine on Sunday never been low ever, not on meds either :-(

Hi I have that off balance feeling before loads of times im sure its anxiety but it used to be one of the most anoying symptoms :-/

It's so annoying isn't it? I've never had it before until today :-(
