If your worried bout tinnitus

For anyone who's worried about tinnitus I'd just like to say a lot of it comes from tense neck muscles due to compressing on nerves. I've had small bursts of tinnitus over the last few months but when my neck isn't tense like today, guess what? No tinnitus!
It can be caused by ear wax also.

That's true when m neck was bad my ears were ringing alot, now it's not as bad atall x
