Pain under ribs

I'm getting this pain at the bottom of my ribs in the centre, just where your ribs part which is burning. I'm terrified.
Yesterday I woke up with a burning pain under my left boob going through like a red hot poker from back to front. I had an antacid and it went away eventually but I've had it again today.
I'm terrified its my heart. Would you get pain there from your stomach or would it be my heart? I've been having skipped beats as well . I'm so scared. I've got a dr app tomorrow but I'm scared I'm not going to make it till then :(

It sounds like indigestion to me but best get the doc to confirm that

Thanks for your reply. I've lately had a clear ECG but of course not having any symptoms at the time... So caught in the awful not believing cycle. Especially with these new burning pains.
