Hey all,
I posted this in general anxiety but think this section must be more appropriate - I keep getting this feeling at the bottom of my neck/top of chest (collar bone area) that is a really strong feeling - it makes me feel like I need to cough. When I do cough it doesn't seem to make any difference, but it's a really scary feeling. To me it feels like some sort of palpitation so I keep checking my pulse when it happens but am not really noticing anything.
Anyone got any experience of this one?
