There are a lot of triggers on there today, we don't need this especially when there is a lovely sunny weekend ahead :) xx

I think people with health anxiety should not read the Mail full stop! There's horror stories everyday

I completely agree - I read the article about the 19 year old and felt physically sick with worry.

I console myself by the fact the daily mail dramatise everything!!

Ok read it - I can see that scaring a lot of people but things like that don't really worry me as such.

I have not read it, because it would drive me into another panic. It something else on yahoo and a few other papers, which I have tried to stay clear off. The fear would come back of the worrying about the big c again.

My anxiety seems to be on a little break at the moment and I'm ok, despite having problems in my vision :) I read both the trigger stories on the mail about the 19 and 25 year old and I am ok, but they are just so upsetting. xx It does baffle me though that they feel like they have to put things like this in the news xx

I also read the 1 about the 19 year old, I too am addicted to Dailymail.
Luckily, it didn't worry me too much strange considering the last few months I've had.

I seriously believe my heart anxiety came from the Daily Mail site after reading a few similar articles. Luckily I have had quite a few 'normal' days lately.
I try to stick to the celeb pages :-) or ones about cute animals!

The Mail is a horrible scare mongering newspaper. I had to stop reading The Metro some years ago because it's absolutely full of anxiety triggers every day.
