Well I have been taking ibuprofen for about 2 weeks now and normally find after 4 hours i feel the affects wearing off.
I have decided today that i am numbing the pains in my neck and thus i dont really know if the nodes are getting better or not.
Today I am proud because I have managed to reduce the amount of time I am spending feeling them and also I was due to take ibuprofen at 11am and now its 3pm and i have so far resisted - PLUS the discomfort hasnt increased!!
maybe this thing is GOING AWAY for GOOD
